After the conference, SPORTEYE partners had the opportunity to visit the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre (SNFCC). During a guided tour, they explored one of Athens’ most iconic landmarks and learned about its pioneering sustainability features. From its innovative energy solutions to its environmentally friendly architecture, the SNFCC served as an inspiring example of how culture, community, and sustainability can come together in practice.
Partners Closing Meeting in Athens
The closing partners’ meeting took place on 24 September in Athens, hosted by the International Olympic Truce Centre. Building on the momentum of the previous day’s SPORTEYE Conference, partners came together to review the outcomes of the event, exchange feedback, and reflect on the project’s impact. The meeting also served as an opportunity to address pending tasks and set the final steps for the successful conclusion of the SPORTEYE project at the end of September.
